Late last year, Far Out Magazine shared Dave Grohl's ten favorite albums of all-time. We dig into them below, and there are a few surprises!
10. Kyuss 'Blues for Red Sun'

Given Grohl's connection to Josh Homme, maybe this isn't as much of a surprise after all.
9. Frank Black 'Frank Black'

Good call, Dave. One of my faves, too.
8. Mark Lanegan 'The Winding Sheet'

Not surprised there's a Lanegan album on here, just surprised it's this one.
7. Pixies 'Surfer Rosa'

More Frank Black? It's a Frank Black attack!
6. Melvins 'Gluey Porch Treatments'

Propping up some fellow Seattle legends.
5. Public Enemy 'Yo! Bum Rush The Show'

P.E.'s debut full-length getting the Grohl seal of approval.
4. Bad Brains 'Rock For Light'

D.C. hardcore roots represent.
3. Led Zeppelin 'Coda'

Again, not surprised there's a Zep album on the list, just surprised it's this one.
2. The B-52's 'The B-52's'

Dave Grohl's second-favorite album of all time is the debut album from the B-52's. Wild.
1. The Beatles 'The Beatles'

The White Album at No. 1. Gotta respect it.
