July 6, 1981. Def Leppard release their sophomore album High 'n' Dry. While it would be eclipsed by Pyromania two years later, it's still worth a revisit.
Let It Go

Lead single "Let It Go" was originally titled "When the Rain Falls."
Bringin' On the Heartbreak

The "Remix" of the album's second single was just the original song with some extra synths layered on. Classic "Mutt" Lange move right there.
High 'n' Dry (Saturday Night)

'High 'n' Dry' would be the last album with guitarist Pete Willis as a full-time member of Def Leppard. He was fired in 1982 while the band worked on 'Pyromania' and replaced by Phil Collen.
No No No

If you have an original vinyl pressing of 'High 'n' Dry,' the final lyric "no" on album closer "No No No" repeats infinitely!
