The future is now. Have you ever been stuck in traffic or hit with some intestinal distress and had nowhere to go? Well, that might be a thing of the past. A Chinese car company has been issued a patent for an in-vehicle toilet system. Will Chuck poop in his car?

According to KTLA, "If you’ve ever been stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic with nowhere to go, relief could someday be built right into your car — though some KTLA anchors aren’t convinced that’s a good thing. Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Seres has been granted a patent for a voice-controlled “in-vehicle toilet” designed to slide out from beneath a passenger seat, according to a report from the BBC. The feature is intended for long road trips, camping or extended periods spent inside a vehicle, allowing users to activate the toilet with either a button or voice command. According to the BBC, the design includes a ventilation system with a fan and exhaust pipe to help manage odors, while waste is stored in a tank that must be manually emptied. Patent documents also describe a heating element intended to dry waste and reduce moisture buildup."

We learn about this product and wonder if Chuck will be able to poop in his car one day. He says that it would save him so much time and he'd never be late again. They can't make the product soon enough!
