It is all happening at city park in Stoughton Wisconsin, for a few months people have been reporting finding human waste in the park. As you will see below, the police went to great lengths to catch to pooper.
'Serial defecator' Finally Caught by Drone
For over a month residents of Stoughton, Wisconsin have been dealing with a very crappy situation. Runners and others using the trail in the park have been using it as their personal toilet. The city and police department had enough so they set up a pretty interesting operation. The police department set up trail cams and drones as a first line of defense.
In early February, a police drone caught a woman taking her time while walking out of the woods. When approached by a police officer, she basically told on herself. After a few moments the woman admitted to the officer that she is the serial pooper.
As of right now, she was told to stop doing it and issued a $187 dollar fine. According to the news story she has not paid it yet.
