Who would want to set this record? Aren't there easier records out there to claim? 70 days of counting out loud is a long time. 70 days would be a long time to do your favorite activity that's fun, let alone this! I can't even imagine the boredom she was going through. However, some people need attention in different ways and will do whatever they can to get it. Nigerian Woman Breaks Guinness World Record After Counting Out Loud For 70 Days
According to Oddity Central, she started livestreaming her daily counting on YouTube which helped validate her record attempt. She started in October and concluded on December 16th last year.
She tells Oddity Central, "The final day of my counting was emotional. Saying that last number was a mix of relief and joy at the same time. It was an incredible feeling, knowing I'd achieved something unique."
