Novo Marketplace will open a 20,000-square-foot food hall on Brighton Avenue in Allston. Sixteen permanent vendors and three popup spaces will fill the building. Guests can sample cuisines from India, Japan, China, and Southeast Asia, as shared by NBC Boston.
The vendor roster features Tabla Indian Express, Molly Tea, Zhengxin Chicken, Huang Ji Men, Kopitiam, Cotti Coffee, Tasya's Kitchen, and Fluffy Fluffy. You'll find it at 122 Brighton Avenue.
This food hall gathers many dining choices in a single spot. Each vendor operates its own station inside.
Allston has grown its restaurant scene over recent years. Students and young professionals congregate here.
Food halls have popped up in Boston and other locales across the country, giving diners a chance to pick from many kitchens without leaving the building. Groups can share tables while eating different meals.
Multiple stalls mean visitors can try something new each time. Three popup spots will rotate, letting vendors test ideas or serve seasonal dishes.
Tabla Indian Express handles the Indian cooking. Asian selections span Japanese, Chinese, and Southeast Asian menus from Zhengxin Chicken and Huang Ji Men.
Kopitiam prepares Southeast Asian plates. Molly Tea and Cotti Coffee pour drinks.
Tasya's Kitchen and Fluffy Fluffy complete the confirmed lineup. This massive hall marks a big expansion for local dining. Brighton Avenue cuts through Allston as a main road.
