Hasbro to Relocate Headquarters From Pawtucket to Boston

A recent SEC filing confirms that Hasbro is moving from its Pawtucket headquarters to a new Boston location on Summer Street by the end of the year. According to the filing, the move is planned for the "fourth quarter of 2026."

NBC 10 NEWS WJAR reported that the current Pawtucket footprint totals about 343,000 square feet. The company also owns an adjacent building totaling approximately 23,000 square feet, used for corporate functions.

In October 2025, Hasbro signed a long-term sublease for 265,000 square feet at 400 Summer St. in Boston. The location will serve as its principal headquarters for toy and game operations and corporate functions.

Hasbro officials stated that the Pawtucket properties will not go on the market for sale until after the company moves to Summer Street.
