Who knew Pickleball could be so violent? Things turned into a Pickle-Brawl at a Florida country club and some seniors really went at it!

I picture Dave being super competitive when he plays Pickleball and I can see this in his distant future. When you think about Pickleball, you probably don't picture it being a violent sport. It's typically played by older people who aren't in the best of shape but can help keep them active. There are far more violent and aggressive sports out there. However, once those juices start flowing you don't know what could happen. Check out a video report shared by 10 Tampa Bay and WKMG News 6 below.

According to 10 Tampa Bay, the brawl started over an argument about someone stepping in the "kitchen" during the game. That led to a 63-year-old man allegedly calling a woman the C-word and then hitting her husband with a Pickleball paddle, punching another guy, and pushing a 70-year-old woman to the ground. Roughly 20 people were involved in the fight!

You'd never expect that to happen when you lace up your shoes to play some Pickleball. You can see their mugshots below.

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
