A Florida man found himself in hot water after falling off his e-Bike in front of cops. He's now the focus of the latest 'Florida's Effed Up' segment on Dave & Chuck The Freak.

What happened to the Florida man? According to FOX 35 Orlando, he's now facing a Driving Under the Influence charge after showing signs of intoxication and refusing sobriety testing. I feel like it would be incredibly embarrassing getting a DUI on an e-bike. I also feel like a lot of people using these e-bikes and scooters are under the influence and it can be very dangerous. People zoom around on them without a care! See a video report about this Florida man and his e-bike shared by FOX 35 Orlando on YouTube below.

That Florida man has been identified as 34-year-old Kyle Blanton. Reports say he was riding an e-bike on East State Road in Winter Springs, Florida when witnesses saw him crash and fall backwards off his bike on a crosswalk, per FOX 35 Orlando. Officers reportedly asked him if he needed medical attention and he declined.

He claimed he wasn't intoxicated and laughed it off saying he was trying to show off on the bike. An officer asked to perform sobriety tests but he declined and was taken into custody for DUI and declined a breathalyzer test at the facility. You can read more from FOX 35 Orlando here.

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
