Boston’s newest skyline anchor is getting a culinary trio. Hines announced Nov. 11 that Chicago-based Episcope Hospitality—led by David Morton of the Morton’s Steakhouse family—will open three concepts at the 51-story South Station Tower: The Moseley, Proper Fare, and a yet-to-be-named signature bar and lounge, slated for Spring 2026.

“Episcope Hospitality’s proven ability to create vibrant, community-driven dining destinations make them an ideal partner for South Station Tower,” said Sarah Hawkins, Senior Managing Director and Head of Hines’ U.S. East market. “These exciting new dining concepts will not only enhance the tenant and resident experience but also further solidify South Station Tower’s position as a premier destination within Boston’s evolving downtown.”

The Moseley will anchor the lineup with casual fine dining that blends polish and warmth. Named for Alex Moseley, a 19th-century Leather District figure, the restaurant promises a retreat above the bustle of South Station—fit for business lunches, social dinners, and private events. Expect “refined yet approachable dishes,” including gourmet salads, fresh seafood, expertly prepared chops, a signature burger, and inventive cocktails.

Proper Fare brings an all-day café and market to the tower, offering coffee, sandwiches, salads, and chef-prepared grab-and-go—an elevated, easy option tailored to office tenants and commuters.

The third concept, a signature bar and lounge extending The Moseley’s sensibility, is designed to transition from day to night—“both a retreat and a point of connection”—with a curated beverage program. Its official name will be announced later.

“Boston is a city that values authenticity and excellence, two qualities that define how we approach hospitality,” said David Morton, Co-Founder and CEO of Episcope Hospitality. “South Station Tower is the perfect canvas: a place where history meets innovation, and where a true sense of community can thrive.”

The offerings will be paired with tenant and resident perks such as catering, in-home dining service, priority reservations, preferred pricing, and daily programming. The 690-foot South Station Tower at 680–682 Atlantic Ave. features Ritz-Carlton–serviced residences, 680,000 square feet of office space, and a nearly one-acre sky park 120 feet above the city.
