It's not often that a hot Kentucky man ends up our Mugshot Of The Day. In fact, it's rarely a hot man. That's how you know this guy is good looking. His name is Max Whelan (perfect name for him) and he was arrested after WLKY says he crashed into the back of a LMPD officer's patrol car at a red light.
