It's something few think about but everyone should consider. What you go out as on Halloween could show up in your mugshot if you happen to be arrested. So, pick your costume wisely. You don't want to take a photo dressed as an inmate while you're arrested. It's too meta! It's almost like you saw it coming. Unfortunately, that's what happened to an 18-year-old Florida man who was pulled over on his way home from a Halloween party wearing an inmate costume. He failed the sobriety test and was arrested. Now his costume choice is going viral online.

The incident happened in Port St. Lucie, Florida. According to NBC Miami, 18-year-old Jimmie Glover was arrested for DUI after leaving the Halloween party. He was arrested after failing the sobriety test in the video above.

Poor costume choice! He would have still been arrested in a different costume but it probably wouldn't have gone this viral. So, always make sure to plan ahead.
