An officer later re-entered the vehicle to regain control of it and ends up running over the suspect's legs again. Nobody was injured during the incident, according to police.
It's believed that the officer forgot to put the vehicle in park during the chaos and that it wasn't intentional, but it would still hurt either way. It's easy to be distracted during a moment like that, I get it...but you have to put the car in park! That's the first thing you need to do before getting out of it.
