- Cambridge
- Chelsea
- Everett
- Malden
- Medford
- Newton
- Revere

- Watertown
Once it's redeemed, the credit will be applied to the rider's account and remain valid for 12 months from the time of redemption.
“Fall is a great time to ride, and Bluebikes offers a convenient, reliable alternative when MBTA service is impacted,” said Jeff Bellows, vice president of corporate citizenship and public affairs at Blue Cross Blue Shield, in a statement shared with the Everett Independent. “This $20 Bluebikes credit is part of Blue Cross' ongoing commitment to expanding access to active transportation and helping people stay connected to the places they live, work, and learn.”
This fall 2025 initiative marks the third time this year that Blue Cross Blue Shield has launched a Bluebikes credit program to support commuters impacted by MBTA maintenance work.
As noted by the Everett Independent, Blue Cross Blue Shield has been the title sponsor of Bluebikes since 2018. It has facilitated more than 22 million rides through various free and discounted programs.
