As September progresses, communities in North Andover, Wakefield, and Tewksbury are celebrating the arrival of fall with various outdoor activities and seasonal events.
Andover
- An art exhibit titled "Fall's Glory: Photo Paintings" by Alan Michel, which opened on Sept. 18 at the Robb Center in Andover, runs through Oct. 2.
- On Saturday, Sept. 20, Andover will host its Farmers Market and Andover Day. This event will feature more than 35 vendors, farms, artisans, and community activities.
North Andover
- Visit The Purple Couch Bookshop's Weekend “Bushel of Books” Clearance Sale, held from Friday, Sept. 19, through Sunday, Sept. 21.
- Texas artist Brennen Leigh and her band will be performing at Crossroads Music Series in North Andover on Saturday, Oct. 4.
Tewksbury
- Local farms such as Connors Farm in Danvers and Kimball Farm in Haverhill are open with corn mazes, including the Bee Happy Corn Maze at Connors, offering family-friendly outdoor fun.
- Krochmal Farms in Tewksbury offers horse-drawn campfire rides. Smolak Farms in North Andover will also hold hayrides.
- The first annual Tom Logan Car Show will be Saturday, Sept. 20, at Show Field in Tewksbury.
Wakefield
Join Life Love Cheese on Thursday, Sept. 25, for a cheese tasting to welcome the beginning of autumn. More information on this event is available online.
