Kipple the Nipple Tweaker

Perverts are everywhere. We talk about them almost everyday on the show. The amount of them that are into "outside" stuff seems to be growing and they can't stop touching themselves. For the man in our story today, he was a multitasker. He liked to also tweak his nipples, while peeping and pleasuring. Yikes.

According to WCJB, "Officers say thanks to help from the community, they identified a man seen looking into apartment windows in several complexes located in southwest Gainesville. Gainesville Police Department officers arrested Zachery Kipple, 24, on Thursday on charges of voyeurism, exposure of sexual organs, and stalking. Officers say Kipple peered into the windows of multiple apartment complexes. Victims say he was seen touching himself inappropriately. After posting a surveillance photo of the suspect, officers say they received numerous tips helping to identify Kipple."

The news story doesn't mention it but, in the surveillance footage you can see him with his hand up his shirt touching his nipples. It makes it even more disturbing. This is not the first time we've seen someone touching their nipples on the news either.

Dave and Chuck put on a little show of their own and imitate this guy touching his nipples and as always, it gets awkward in the studio. They both say they shouldn't have because they stimulated their nips and they were now with hard nipples. It's such a weird place to work.

You might have thought that the rise in doorbell cameras would deter these perverts but it hasn't. All it has done is provide is with footage and maybe made it easier to catch the perverts. But also, have they always been there lurking and we just weren't able to see it? Yikes, again!
