Chuck has always had cowboy dreams. When he was deep in his 'Red Dead Redemption' gameplay, he constantly talked about how he would like to be a cowboy. You might remember him saying that any person in a cowboy hat is a bad ass. Well, after seeing a news story about a guy who helped police with an investigation, all on horseback, he might be ready to police his own neighborhood.

According to Fox29Philadelphia, "A woman called the police after she heard a loud crash outside her Riverside home and saw a vehicle fleeing the scene, leaving her parked car with damage. That's when a man named PJ appeared atop his horse, saying that he witnessed the crash. He and his horse sidekick "Shiny" went after the vehicle to get a partial license plate number. His horse may not be white, and he may not be a knight, but this Good Samaritan still galloped in to save the day."

So, we all know that if Chuck were to help police in an investigation, we wouldn't hear the end of it. If he were to do it while riding on a horse, dressed as a cowboy, it could be the end of the show. Only because we'd be unable to handle him.

The person in the story is a member of the 'Concrete Cowboys' and Dave thinks that Chuck could maybe police his cul-de-sac dressed as a cowboy. Hence, the Cul-de-sac Cowboy!

Of course, it wouldn't be all it's cracked up to be. Chuck says that he wouldn't have a real horse. Lisa points out that he'd probably be sleeping through most of the patrolling he's supposed to do.

If you're ever in Chuck's neck of the woods, beware of the cul-de-sac cowboy!
