If your parole agreement says you can't drink then that means you can't drink. It doesn't matter if you're celebrating, sad, or need something to cool down your throat after a hot One Chip Challenge. It doesn't matter to the law. Unfortunately, one Florida man is now learning that the hard way after he did the ultra-spicy One Chip Challenge and drank a beer because his mouth was on fire. According to The Smoking Gun, 36-year-old Darin Deilkes was arrested after allegedly violating his parole terms that prevent him from using or possessing alcohol. Those conditions were applied as a part of his sentencing in Colorado for a felony stalking conviction. He was spotted on video with a Corona in his hand, per The Smoking Gun. He reportedly participated in the One Chip Challenge and needed the Corona because of the heat.

The Smoking Gun points out that his rap sheet includes convictions for dealing in stolen property; cocaine sales; grand theft; credit card fraud; heroin possession; cocaine possession; theft; burglary; and violating a domestic violence protective order. His parole was supposed to end late next year.

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
