Nathan Fielder is out to fix the ongoing airline crisis on Season 2 of The Rehearsal. Will he be able to get to the bottom of it?
If you listen to Dave & Chuck The Freak, then you know that there has never been more problems in the sky than there are right now. Seriously, it seems like every day there's a new wild story from the not-so-friendly-skies that we're talking about on-air. It might be a door coming off the plane mid-flight, a rude gate agent, a drunk passenger, and more! You really never know what it might be. It turns out, Dave & Chuck The Freak aren't the only ones who have noticed it. Nathan Fielder has also noticed issues in the field of aviation and he's out to solve it in Season 2 of The Rehearsal. I think he could be onto something and wouldn't be surprised if some action comes out of this. Check out a trailer for Season 2 of The Rehearsal starring Nathan Fielder below.
Nathan Fielder Addresses Airline Crisis On 'The Rehearsal'
If you're not familiar with Nathan Fielder, you are missing out! He previously had a show on Comedy Central called "Nathan For You" where he created humorous and elaborate plans in an effort to save businesses. Some of them ended up going very viral like Dumb Starbucks and the pig that allegedly saved the drowning goat. Check out those videos real quick below.
Now, he has a new show called The Rehearsal on HBO (Max) where he does role play scenarios to try to understand human behavior and psychology. It's wild and amazing. His deadpan humor really makes it because people often can't tell he is messing with them.
In Season 2, he's addressing the airline crisis and why there's so many crashes. It sounds like the relationship between pilot and co-pilot could be behind it all and Nathan is running experiments to get to the bottom of it. If he succeeds, Dave & Chuck The Freak might have less stuff to talk about if there aren't as many issues in the sky. He even conducted a study around Sully, the pilot who famously landed the plane on the Hudson River, to get to the bottom of what he was thinking and doing during the time of that crash. He really puts himself into Sully's shoes to gain understanding.
It's a hilarious show and you learn a lot too. It's streaming now on Max.
