Kids love making TikTok videos. They could do it all day, I'm sure. Parents also love making TikTok videos and could spend their day making them as well. Sometimes, kids and parents make TikTok content together and it's cute. Other times, a parent ends up being convicted for harassment thanks to making TikTok content with their child. At least, that's what happened in this case. A mom in Sweden was convicted of harassment and ordered to pay her daughter $2,000 for posting a video on TikTok of her cracking an egg on her forehead. The mom says it was just a prank but ity sounds like the law isn't seeing things that way. Check out a video of the egg prank on TikTok below.

The egg prank trend was very popular back in 2023. This story made national news headlines in Sweden after it happened. The 24-year-old says it was a prank but that wasn't enough for it to get her off. The judge clearly saw it as something much more.
Prosecutor Cecilia Andersson told journalists, "When I saw the video, I thought: you simply don't do that to a child. To record and humiliate the child and then broadcast it to thousands of viewers--I find that incredibly degrading, and that's my personal opinion. It's a little girl who thinks she's going to bake an apple cake with her mom and is happy and excited about it, and then all of a sudden she gets an egg cracked in her forehead. This is a reckless act," via Oddity Central.
