SAN FRANCISCO, CA – MARCH 20: Soapy water flows into a drain at Divisadero Touchless Car Wash on March 20, 2015 in San Francisco, California. As California enters its fourth year of severe drought, commercial car washes could potentially face water use restrictions even though most currently recycle a large portion of their water. Home car washing using a hose without a nozzle that automatically shuts off is currently banned in the state. (Photo by Justin Sullivan/Getty Images)

Police say a complaint was made around 10am. Reports say that the suspect was seen with his genitalia exposed while in the vehicle before leaving the area. Can't imagine seeing that while I'm just trying to clean my car. I can't tell you the last time I even went to a car wash, my car could really use it but I'm a little skeptical about going to one now!

Also, what a bold choice to smirk in your mugshot like that after being accused of exposing yourself. You can't do that! It's only going to make things much worse on yourself. That cocky confident smile is not going to help him in court, I imagine. The judge or jury might not take kindly to it.

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
