An open house is a great time to check out a house that you're thinking of buying. You can get inside and see what's actually going on instead of just looking at pictures. Turns out, it can also be a good opportunity for creeps. One Florida man has been accused of giving several Tampa Bay real estate agents some disturbing experiences. They say he shows up, pretends to be a buyer and finds excused to touch or caress their feet. It's been happening since last July!

Was A Florida Man Touching Realtors' Feet During Open House Showings?

According to WFLA, Angela Julian says, "There are multiple women realtors that have been experiencing and have had these encounters with this same man. At least 12 of us that we know, spanning as far back as July of last year and as recent as April 12th."

Julian says that during an open house, this man asked to see the backyard and then told her there was an ant on her foot and she tried figuring out where it was. This was likely just an attempt for him to do some feet stuff as he unbuckled her shoe and started to caress her foot, per WFLA. Weird!

This has been happening across the Tampa Bay area recently. Agents are now communicating with each other to stay alert and make sure they do background checks. Clearwater police have confirmed an incident matching the description, the suspect has not yet been apprehended.
