Why did a Las Vegas gas station clerk beat a customer with a baseball bat? It all has to do with taking too much nacho cheese.
Apparently, this guy doesn’t want you taking too much cheese with your nachos and he’s willing to fight over it. Now, he’s facing charges of attempted murder and battery with a deadly weapon over the incident!
Las Vegas Gas Station Clerk Beats Customer With A Baseball Bat
I’m sure we’ve all been guilty of taking more than necessary while buying food or drinks from a gas station or convenience store. Maybe we had some sips and then refilled our cup, maybe we asked for a water cup and put some Sprite in there, or maybe we went a little heavy on the nacho cheese with our order of nachos. It sounds like that’s what happened to this customer in Las Vegas!
According to KSNV, a Las Vegas gas station clerk was arrested after allegedly beating a man with a baseball bat for taking too much nacho cheese! That man has since been identified as 47-year-old Myron Bullie and he’s been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and battery with a deadly weapon. The incident happened at the ARCO gas station at Rainbow Boulevard and Russell Road, per KSNV.
Early in the morning, Las Vegas Metro Police Department deputies received a call about a person bleeding and found the victim by the ARCO gas station but the man was unable to tell them what happened. Eventually, it was determined that the man was suffering from 2 different brain bleeds, multiple skull fractures, and multiple facial bone fractures, per KSNV. Those injuries were significant enough for them to be considered life-threatening. To make matters even worse, a witness tells KSNV that the person who called 911 asked the clerk to call but he replied, “I’m not going to call 911, he better have learned a lesson,” per KSNV.
It sounds like he got upset when the man took too much nacho cheese and asked him to leave but the man returned for his nachos and that’s when Bullie allegedly started attacking the man. All of this over some nacho cheese? That’s crazy!
Eventually, Bullie admited to hitting the man twice including once in the head, but surveillance video from inside the store showed things a bit differently. The video showed Bullie striking him multiple times, per KSNV. Bullie is expected back in court on September 23rd. You can see his mugshot provided by the Las Vegas Metro Police Department below.
