Fight Between Mariachis And A Flamethrower Caught On Camera On Mexico

A fight between Mariachis and a flamethrower was caught on camera in Mexico! That's certainly not a sentence I expected to ever say. The video is crazy!

There's no word on what started the fight between these street performers. However, it's fun to imagine all the possibilities. Is it a street entertainer turf war? Was something said? We may never know. Thankfully, we do have video of the very unique fight. Check it out below

In the trending video shared by Sky News, you can see the mariachi members beating up a man. Before long, the tables turn and the man is seen on CCTV footage throwing flames and fire at them! It's absolutely crazy! When you think of violence in Mexico, you likely think of Cartels and stuff like that. You probably don't think of a fight between Mariachis and a flamethrower!

It appears that the Mariachis are doused with flammable liquid before the fire man tosses scary balls of flames at them. A fight between Mariachis and a flame swallower (I think that's his street entertainment art of choice) is not what I had on my 2024 Bingo Card. You can see them running and panicking in the video. I can't imagine what that would be like!

According to The New York Post, there were no arrests over the incident. However, the flame-swallower was reportedly treated at the hospital. The New York Post reports that fights between street performers are actually pretty common in Mexico. Those tips can add up and it becomes a competition to get the money. Hopefully, this street fight between Mariachis and a flamethrower won't become the next big thing in Mexico.
