Video Of A Boston Police Officer Tumbling Down A Children’s Slide Goes Viral

The City Hall Plaza in Boston just had a recent renovation done that includes some playground equipment. One police officer decided to take the brand-new slide for a test ride.

According to reports, a Boston police officer was in full uniform when he plunged down the new slide.  The slide must have been a bit faster than he expected because he came tumbling out the bottom and landed pretty hard.

Per the report, the Boston Police Department says the officer was hurt but used his personal insurance for coverage and did not charge the city. The officer also did not miss any time or facing any disciplinary action.
