Car Gets A Parking Boot Applied…Still Drives Away Anyway

Getting a parking boot is annoying for several reasons . . . one being that your car is immobile.  But maybe not.

This car drove away with the boot attached and scraping the pavement, and then it appears to FALL OFF about a block later.
