Why a “crispy” chicken sandwich sign found to be “tasteless” needs a new home

This could be the work of a marketing decision maker with a dark sense of humor or just another case of unfortunate placement. A sign advertising a McCrispy Chicken sandwich in the town of Cornwall in the UK has been deemed tasteless because of where it was posted.

The poster was put up at what appears to be a bus stop right across the street from a crematorium! Yes where dead bodies get all crispy and burned they are advertising for a "crispy" fast food item!  You can see a photo in the tweet below.

Many locals to the area find the placement of the sign to be rather humorous while others call it tasteless.  One woman who recently had a deceased loved one at the location feels that grieving family members would not appreciate the location of the sign.

McDonald's said it will remove the sign after unfortunate coincidental placement has been pointed out.
