An Indiana woman was arrested after an argument turned violent.
Porter County Sheriff’s Officers arrived to a call made by a a 26-year-old man. The man alleges that he was in a verbal argument with Zephanie Pennywell, that turned violent when she grabbed his penis in a violent manner.
According to reports and video taken by a room mate at the apartment, Pennywell grabbed the mans groin area and would not let go. She attempted to pull on the genitals as well.
Police found her at a nearby bar where she told officers she had warned the man to stop annoying her and the next person who did would get “d***ed.” Pennywell admitted that after failing to punch the man in the crotch, she grabbed his junk to hurt him.
She was arrested and charged with battery.
