A 58-year-old guy in Cleveland was arrested after he got drunk and left two voicemails for a hitman.
An employee of a business called police to report some ‘suspicious’ voicemails. According to reports the employee told police a man talked about putting a “$5,000 hit” on someone in the messages.
Police were able to find and arrested the caller, who misdialed the number and left the messages on a random business's voicemail. Police confirmed that he was trying to hire them to kill his own son.
The man had recently gotten into an argument with his son and placed the call after drinking. He was charged with complicity to commit murder.
