A Tom and Gisele Divorce Could Be Coming

A Tom and Gisele divorce has been rumored to be in the cards for months. Now, sources are saying it’s becoming a reality.

 

Hours ago, Page Six reported that Brady and Bundchen have both hired divorce lawyers, according to multiple sources.

“I never actually thought this argument would be the end of them, but it looks like it is,” one source in the know tells Page Six.

“I don’t think there will be any coming back now. They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be.”

 

If you’ve been following the drama, this latest chapter should come as no surprise. Back in March, Brady basically “unretired,” if that’s even a word. If it’s not, congrats to me: I just made up a new word. He wrote on Instagram:

“These past two months I’ve realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come. But it’s not now. I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I’m coming back for my 23rd season in Tampa. Unfinished business LFG.”

 

Three months later, almost to the day, Gisele expressed her concerns about her husband stepping back onto the field:

“Obviously, I have my concerns — this is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present,” she said. “I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again. But ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for [them]. He needs to follow his joy, too.”

Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady Through The Years

Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady have been married since 2009 and share two children together: Vivian Lake Brady and Benjamin Rein. After meeting through friends in 2006, Brady and Bündchen started seeing each other that December.

“I knew right way — the first time I saw him,” she recalled to Vanity Fair in 2009 about Brady. “We met through a friend. The moment I saw him, he smiled and I was like, ‘That is the most beautiful, charismatic smile I’ve ever seen!’ We sat and talked for three hours. I had to go home for Christmas, but I didn’t want to leave. You know that feeling of, like, you can’t get enough? From the first day we met, we’ve never spent one day without speaking to each other.”

For the picture-perfect couple, it wasn’t always rainbows and butterflies. They had their fair share of trouble, starting with Brady’s ex, Bridget Moynahan being pregnant with his child in February 2007.

The couple got engaged in January of 2009 and wed one month later in Santa Monica, California. They then threw another wedding two months later in Costa Rica. Nine months later, the couple welcomed their first child together, Benjamin. Three years later daughter Vivian was born.
