Well, this is a story I didn't expect to be writing today. A 32-year-old couple is being accused of having sex on a ferris wheel at Cedar Point ferris in front of children, no less. Other people on the ferris wheel told police they could hear the couple laughing and feel the cart shaking during the incident.

The alleged sex-on-a-ferris-wheel activity took place after 8:30 p.m. Sunday (Aug. 14) on the Giant Wheel at Cedar Point, according to NBC affiliate WKYC.

David Davis, 32, of Florida, and Heather Johnston, 32, of Ohio, are being accused of having sex inside the cart on the Giant Wheel in front of two women and two girls. The four witnesses even state they were clearly able to see the couple's private areas and feel the cart shaking, police state. The witnesses also said that Davis and Johnston knew they were being watched but kept having sex and laughing.

At first, the two denied having sex on the ferris wheel and said Johnston was picking up a pack of cigarettes. But after they found out that two of the witnesses were minors, they confessed. Davis and Johnston are being held at the Erie County Jail and charged with public indecency. Both could get up to 180 days in jail.
