Bummer news from The Pretty Reckless: Singer Taylor Momsen tested positive for COVID just one day before the band was set to kick off their co-headlining tour with Halestorm.

TPR issued the following statement to their social media channels which reads, “Despite our best efforts, COVID finally bit. We could no wait to get back on the road with our friends in Halestorm, but wait we will have to. We’re following CDC guidelines and we’ll be missing this weekend’s shows in Detroit [7/8], Milwaukee [7/9] and Kansas City [7/10.]”

The band concluded, “We hope to feel better soon and will make it out to the very first venue we can, so stay tuned for real time updates here.”

Momsen would share her positive test via Instagram with the apt caption, “Yup…FML.”

We send well wishes to Momsen for a speedy recovery and hope no one else on the tour tests positive.
