Police in Warren, OH are looking for a guy that committed a robbery then rode off on a bike.

According to the victim he was walking down the road at night when he was approached by a man in a ski mask.  The masked man robbed him of $80 at knifepoint and made him PINKY SWEAR that he wouldn't call the cops. Then rode off on a bike.

The victim broke the sacred pinky promise and called the cops anyway, but police haven't found the mugger yet.

Here, we're going negative by talking about the most annoying neighbors.

Today, about half of the people surveyed talk to their neighbors once a week or less (52%), and more than three in five have gone out of their way to avoid them. 64% of Americans know most or all of their neighbors, and 58% consider them to be friends. One in three say their neighbors annoy them once a week or more, most often because of general noise, loud parties and parking issues.
