Why Did a Woman Poison Her Boyfriends Lemonade?

A Jacksonville, FL woman is now facing charges of poisoning food or water with intent to kill or injure after a recent incident.

Jacksonville Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to a home in reference to a poisoning.  When deputies arrived, Alvis Parrish, was on the porch yelling at them.

When they got closer, Parrish confessed, "Yeah, I did it.... because he wouldn't shut the eff up." and continued to say "[she] gave him just enough to shut him up and called y'all, so he wouldn't die...do whatever you want but if you don't take me I will kill him." As she was being placed in handcuffs.

The victim noticed his lemonade tasted weird, investigation showed that it had been spiked with Seroquel.
