A 56-year-old guy in Connecticut robbed a mail carrier on Monday, but didn't want their mail, or even their wallet.
All he wanted was RUBBER BANDS.
Cops tracked him down, and he still had a big wad of them wrapped around his wrist. They also found a small amount of PCP in his pocket.
