Title:              Digital Ad Operations Coordinator  

Overview of role: The Digital Ad Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting post-sales efforts in the digital advertising sales cycle. This role is responsible for transitioning closed deals through the post-sale process with respective vendor partners for campaign fulfillment. The Digital Ad Operations Coordinator collaborates with sales to ensure that all information is captured and relayed accurately and campaigns are set up as requested. This position will be the lead post-sale point person and will assist with campaign recaps and analysis, making sure we are meeting our clients’ marketing objectives.


  • Collaborate with sales team on post-sale order details, ensuring that vendor partners have all required information in order to successfully launch campaigns
  • Submit digital media campaign orders for fulfillment, including programmatic display, OTT/CTV, pre-roll video, paid search, social, email, and owned & operated tactics
  • Facilitate needs for conversion tracking and pixel placement, providing necessary elements and instructions to the sales team/client
  • Provide recommendations on how to improve campaigns and serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team to ensure they are confident in the strategy being executed
  • Connect clients to TapClicks and use the platform to build campaign dashboards and reports
  • Provide weekly and/or monthly recaps, outlining meaningful insights about the campaign metrics and how we met or exceeded the client’s goals
  • Monitor campaign performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues
  • Manage recon & auditing needs, providing campaign delivery metrics to ensure compliance and accurate billing


  • 2+ years of work experience in digital ad operations or account management
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Ad Manager, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  •, TapClicks, and Google Ads experience preferred
  • IAB Certification, Google Analytics Certification, Google AdWords Certification or related certifications preferred.
