Wicked Fall Guide

As we all know, Salem is the place to be in October… but things are going to look a little different this year.

Salem will now require a negative COVID-19 test for people to attend some of their large Halloween events, according to Boston.com. On Friday, the Salem Board of Health voted to require people to have a negative test taken within 72 hours to attend indoor events with more than 100 people at a public space. The requirement will go into effect on October 1st and last through November 1st. In addition, masks are required inside all public businesses through mid-November.

For some events, like the Horror Fest that includes 50 indoor movies throughout October, vaccine mandates will be in place.
