Imagine Bart Simpson, instead of prank-calling Moe's with a fake name, pranking an entire school board meeting with a list of fake names.
This happened in Henrico County, Virgina. Three hours into their August 26th meeting, they moved to the public comment portion of their meeting agenda. That's when the fun started. (FYI, most of these names are NSFW.)
I guess Eileen Dover was a no-show. And now we have to go back & watch all of these.
