A jealous wife in the Ukraine wanted to really punish her husband after she found out he had been cheating.
Allegedly the wife screwed a metal nut around her husbands member while he was asleep. This was a direct revenge act after her husbands betrayal.
Initial attempts to remove the nut failed and doctors had to bring in an angle grinder and other specialty tools for removal.
