Richardson’s Farm in Middleton – Today, their flagship ice cream stand in Middleton, Massachusetts remains on their dairy farm. The ice cream stand now has an all-season dining room, complete with outdoor tables and fountains. Customers both appreciate and enjoy their immaculate grounds and a chance to visit with the cows that make it all possible!
Crescent Ridge in Sharon – Their delicious “Cherry Ridge Ripple” flavor is made with real big cherries and chocolate chunks. The newest addition to their topping’s menu are “cookie dough bites” which are dairy-free, egg-free edible cookie dough bites. Yummy!
Ice Cream Smuggler in South Dennis – Consistently recognized as the best ice cream on Cape Cod, The Ice Cream Smuggler has been serving up homemade, hand-scooped frozen treats in Dennis Village since 1979. Their world-famous hot fudge sundae was featured on Food Network’s The Best Thing I Ever Ate, which you can watch here.
Lizzy’s Homemade Ice Cream in Waltham – They offer over 50 delicious homemade flavors to choose from including traditional rich and creamy flavors like Vanilla, Maple Walnut, Mocha Lace, Strawberry, and Chocolate. For the adventurous, try their Charles River Crunch or Mint Oreo! They also offer Yogurt and Dairy-Free Sorbet!
Sundae School Ice Cream in Harwich – Their ice cream and frozen yogurts are made on the premises in small batches using only the finest ingredients available. Sundae School takes pride in serving their famous hot fudge sundaes topped with real whipped cream and a fresh Bing cherry (in season). Kimball’s Farm in Carlisle – It all started in 1939 when Jack Kimball and his wife Clara converted the family’s woodshed into an ice cream parlor. A cone of one of their famous flavors – maple walnut, frozen pudding or peppermint stick – would run you five cents. 80 years later, Jack and Clara’s grandson is running the Farm, and the family’s commitment to serving up award-winning homemade ice cream has withstood the test of time. Serving up 50 flavors of their famous homemade ice cream at their stands in Westford, Lancaster, Carlisle, and Jaffrey NH!
