Two men in their 50’s got into a fight at an assisted living facility in Florida, when one wanted to watch “Monk” and the other preferred cartoons. The “Monk” fan whacked the other guy in the head with his cane after he ran his motorized scooter into his leg. The cane strike left a visible mark on and the “Monk” fan was charged with battery.
