The ’80s were a wild time. If you were up late enough and you had the TV on, you sometimes saw some things you couldn’t unsee.

 

YouTube channel BetaGems shared this clip and it’s…well, let’s let them explain:

“Okay, we frankly have no idea what this is other than the logo on the leader’s shirt “Boogie Before Bedtime.” It was unmarked at the end of a beta tape, and appears to be some kind of late night TV workout show, probably on a San Diego public access station, judging from the content on the rest of the tape. The gear and the moves would be campy enough, but they’re working out to the most unlikely Pink Floyd song imaginable…”
