Is This the Worst Cover of “Cocaine” Ever?

This is from several years ago but it's making the rounds again.  It's a random band at a live show massacring Eric Clapton's "Cocaine". 

They're barely keeping time with each other, the guitar player butchers the solo, and the singer is just horrible.
