We have a new King of the Internet, and his name is Nguyen Ngoc Manh. He’s a delivery driver who made an unbelievable rescue earlier this week.
While waiting in his truck, he overheard a child crying and a woman screaming, that’s when he looked up and saw toddler had managed to climb through the railing of a 12th floor balcony – 164-feet in the air. He was able to climb a six-foot wall between his truck and the apartment, and find a way to catch the child as she fell screaming toward the ground below.
