A Florida man is in trouble after he drove through a marked crash site at 100 mph in a BMW with the plate “THEBMW.”When officers finally caught up to him and initiated a traffic stop he then refused to give authorities much information. There was a baggie of white powder in plain sight on the center console and instead of answering officers questions he would grunt and make sexual noises at the officer.
He was also only wearing an undershirt, boxer-briefs and one sock when stopped by officers.
