Adam 12’s Top 12 12s: Number 5
We’re back to movies again, but this time I can say: “…and now for something completely different.” Do you get the reference?
It’s a Monty Python reference, of course. And the movie I’m slotting in at Number 5 on my Top 12 12s is 12 Monkeys, directed by Monty Python alum Terry Gilliam. But the marquee stars for this one were Bruce Willis and Brad Pitt, in all their mid-’90s glory. And 25 years later, the movie still hits: it is, after all, about viruses, apocalypses, and the future. Watch the trailer below, and if you want to dive back into it, it’s streaming on Hulu if you have a Premium subscription. I think I’ll do just that tonight.
