A 42-year-old Grand Haven, MI. man named David Werking has just won a lawsuit against his parents after they threw away what a judge referred to as "a trove of pornography and an array of sex toys."
David moved out of his parents house at the end of 2016 and out of state. His parents were shipping his belongings to him and he awaited for the arrival of his beloved pronography and it never showed up. When he questioned it his parents said they tossed it into the trash.
David is claiming $25,000 in damages and that it wasn't just a bunch of dirty magazines, but a "collection of irreplaceable items and property." A judge in a Kalamazoo court roomed must have agreed cause he just ruled in his favor!
