With an uptick of Coronavirus cases and deaths in Massachusetts, thirteen cities and towns are moving back to Phase 3, Step 1.

The list is made up of communities that have been in the "high risk" red zone for three straight weeks. They are the following: Acushnet, Brockton, Chelmsford, Holyoke, Hudson, Kingston, Leicester, Malden, Plymouth, Randolph, Waltham, Webster, and Woburn.
