Two men were arrested on numerous charges related desecration of a human member. Police reports claim that a person was dropped off at a hospital who had a crude surgical procedure done. “Evidently it was not done by professionals.” The victim was a willing participant in the dismemberment wanting a gender reassignment. The men allegedly wanted to keep the genitalia to eat!
