A drunk driver with NO ARMS OR LEGS was arrested in Maryland this month after crashing into a cop car.
Emergency response workers arrived to the scene of the accident to find a Chevy pick up truck that had struck a State Trooper SUV and a building. The truck was allegedly being driven by a quadruple amputee that appeared to be under the influence. No one was injured but the driver was arrested and charged with multiple charges related to DUI and reckless driving.
